By accessing and using HyServerList, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

All servers listed on HyServerList are independently owned and operated by third parties. We do NOT verify, monitor, control, or endorse any listed servers. We are NOT affiliated with any server operators and have NO control over their content, actions, or policies.

5. Server Listings

Server owners are solely responsible for their listing content and server operations. We may remove listings that violate our guidelines without notice.

6. Vote Manipulation

Vote manipulation (bots, fake votes, incentivized voting outside our platform) is prohibited and will result in permanent server removal.

7. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
